Terms of Service
These Terms govern your license and use of RollDate Events Pro. Purchases are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record, and are also subject to Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms.
Supplier and Merchant of Record
RollDate Events Pro is developed and licensed by Abramov Yevhen, trading as RollDate (“Supplier”, “RollDate”, “we”, “us”).
Purchases are processed and sold by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record. The checkout transaction is governed by Paddle’s current Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Your use of Events Pro is governed by these Terms and the software license delivered with the package.
Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices and receipts, refunds and chargebacks. Payment-card data is handled by Paddle. See also Paddle’s Privacy Policy.

The product
RollDate Events Pro is a downloadable commercial JavaScript software library. It is a private, versioned package with a signed offline license. It is not a hosted SaaS product, not a subscription, and not a trial.
Public RollDate Core and public RollDate Events remain separate MIT-licensed packages. These Terms cover the paid Events Pro package.
Purchase
A purchase is a one-time payment for a license, not a recurring subscription. Billing does not continue after the purchase unless you later buy another product or a renewed update entitlement, if one is offered at that time.
The amount payable is the total shown by Paddle at checkout for your location.
License grant
Access is provided after Paddle confirms the transaction. The license and secure download instructions are sent to the email supplied at checkout.
Subject to these Terms and the license delivered with the package:
- You receive a perpetual license to use the purchased version of RollDate Events Pro in your own projects, including your own commercial projects.
- Official Events Pro releases that RollDate publishes during the first 12 months after purchase remain covered permanently. You may keep using those covered releases after the 12 months end.
- Releases published after that 12-month window are not included unless you later obtain coverage for them.
- The purchased version itself does not stop working merely because the 12-month update window has ended.
Restrictions
You may not:
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly share, or transfer the private package or license;
- publish the private package to a public package registry;
- share license keys, license files, or download access with third parties except as needed for your own internal build of a project you control;
- remove, bypass, or circumvent licensing, signature, or download controls.
Account, delivery and support
Provide an accurate checkout email. Access instructions are sent to that address.
If a download link expires, use the recover page with the same checkout email.
Support is provided by email. No guaranteed response time or service-level agreement is included.
Termination
RollDate may suspend downloads or treat a license as unavailable in the event of a material breach, including license-key sharing, redistribution of the private package, fraud, or a completed refund or chargeback processed through Paddle.
Warranty and liability
RollDate Events Pro is provided for use as a software library. Except for any non-excludable rights that apply to you as a consumer, the software is provided as-is, and RollDate does not promise that it will be error-free or fit for every purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RollDate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the software. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any consumer statutory rights that cannot be waived.
Refunds
Payments, withdrawals and refunds are administered by Paddle as Merchant of Record. See the RollDate Refund Policy and Paddle’s Refund Policy. A refund or chargeback is separate from the 12-month update entitlement.
Privacy
How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy and in Paddle’s Privacy Policy.
If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts still apply.
