Refund Policy
This policy applies to one-time purchases of RollDate Events Pro. The software is developed and licensed by Abramov Yevhen, trading as RollDate. Purchases are processed and sold by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record.
How refunds are handled
Paddle administers payments, withdrawals and refunds as Merchant of Record under Paddle’s current Refund Policy. RollDate does not take card payments and does not return money directly.
Paddle’s checkout transaction is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Use the Paddle customer portal (also linked from your Paddle receipt) to manage a purchase or start a refund with Paddle.
How to get help
For product and fulfillment problems, email support@rolldate.dev with the checkout email and your Paddle receipt or transaction reference. We can help with license delivery and downloads, and we can work with Paddle where a refund is appropriate. Paddle still makes the payment refund.
Please do not place a second order while a refund or a failed download is being reviewed.
When we will help
Eligibility may depend on your location, the nature of the issue, and whether digital content has already been downloaded or used. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Examples of issues that may qualify for review include:
- duplicate charges for the same purchase;
- a confirmed payment where the license or download could not be delivered, recovered, or opened because of a fault on RollDate’s side;
- a corrupt or inaccessible official package;
- a product that is materially not as described.
Refunds and licenses
If Paddle completes a refund or chargeback, RollDate may block new downloads and treat the issued license as unavailable.
A refund is not the same thing as the 12-month update entitlement. The update window describes which later official releases remain covered after a completed purchase.
